Night in the World has been getting around! It was included in the Top 22 of 2022 Books of the Year chosen by the Canadian literature folks at 49th Shelf. Recently it was selected for the 2023 Ultimate Cli-Fi Book Club for Sustainability in Higher Education, one of only four books on the club’s reading list, which includes the classic A Canticle for Leibowitz, The Ministry for the Future, and Memory of Water. Krista Hiser of Kapi’olani Community College in Hawaii acts as instructor and facilitator for this book club on behalf of AASHE, the Association for the Advancement of Sustainability in Higher Education.
